90 days from the click to the purchase. Nobody buys hosting in a hurry. If someone reads your review in March and buys in May, that's still your sale. Most hosting programmes run 30 or 60 days, so this is one of the longer windows in the category.

Through Awin. When someone clicks your tracking link, a cookie is set in their browser and any eligible purchase they make in the following 90 days is attributed to you. If more than one affiliate link is involved, the last click before the purchase gets the sale.

Every Krystal customer gets a 60-day money-back guarantee, so commission is held until that window closes and the sale is confirmed. Approval takes up to 90 days from the sale.

You will need to register with Payoneer (Awin's payment provider) to get paid. Once set up payments are made on the 1st and 15th of every month.

Tracking relies on the buyer's browser accepting and keeping cookies, so a small number of sales will always slip through. If you think tracking itself has broken rather than a one-off miss, email affiliates@krystal.io with the details and we'll look into it.

Commission is also not payable on self-referrals, on orders placed using a code from outside Awin or where the programme terms have been breached.

No. Bidding on "Krystal", "Krystal Hosting" or close misspellings puts you in competition with Krystal's own ads. Generic terms like "web hosting" are fine, as long as your display URL doesn't resemble a Krystal one. You can find the full terms in Awin

Yes and plenty of agencies already do. Set each client up on their own Krystal account through your link and each one counts as a new customer, so each one earns.
