To our Onyx platform

We’ll migrate any WordPress site to Onyx, completely free — regardless of where it’s currently hosted.

KARMA uses a secure sync tool called imapsync to compare your existing mailbox with the new one, copying only what’s needed. Messages, folders, read/unread status — everything comes over exactly as you left it.

If you’re moving your domain to Krystal, we’ll also help update DNS records. Prefer to leave your domain where it is? That’s fine too — we’ll send clear instructions, and we’re always on hand if you need help.

If you’re moving to a Krystal Reseller Hosting plan, here’s what to expect:

• From a *cPanel reseller host * We’ll migrate your primary cPanel account and restore as many client accounts as you like — just provide us with the relevant cpMove files via WHM.

• From a non-cPanel host ** We’ll move your primary site free of charge. Additional sites can be migrated at **£10 + VAT per site.
